Returns for Credit (undamaged merchandise)
All merchandise is subject to an inspection upon arrival before the return will be finalized. You must call (530) 885-5867 or email firstname.lastname@example.org for an RA # and instructions, before you send the return back. All merchandise returned will be processed within 10 business days. Returns must be sent back within 10 days of the date received or restocking fees of 15% will be applied. For a prompt refund please send a copy of your invoice and a letter of explanation for the return. All return shipping must be prepaid; no COD's will be accepted.
All products must be returned in resalable condition (unused). There will be no credit issued on items that have been used or damaged after receipt of merchandise.
If you receive packages damaged in shipment, keep all packaging and take pictures of the damages. Please call Gold Country Sports customer service immediately at (530) 885-5867 and you will receive instructions on how to handle the problem.
Upon inspection, if the merchandise has been misused or abused by the consumer, the return will be refused and credit will not be issued. You will also absorb the return freight cost.
You must contact Gold Country Sports for a return authorization before returning a firearm. All returned firearms will be sent to the manufacturer for inspection before the return will be finalized. The firearm will be repaired or replaced at the manufacturer’s discretion. We will only accept returns for firearms which are damaged or defective upon receipt.
Please call customer service @ (530)885-5867 or email email@example.com for an RA #. We will email a return label to you. If the order was shipped ground, and you decide to overnight the package to us to get it here faster, you will do so at your own expense. Once the incorrect item is received, credit will be issued. A new order will need to be placed for the correct item.
Due to fraud, we do not accept returns on CAS Hanwei products.
Many of our customers are staking their very lives on the reliability and quality of our ammo. Therefore, they deserve to know that each time they purchase our Ammunition, they are getting factory fresh ammo that has not been out of the factory and has not been handled, stored improperly or sabotaged by private individuals. So, for safety reasons, we will not accept ammunition returns. It is your responsibility as a customer to ascertain EXACTLY what cartridge your firearm uses. It is also your responsibility to insure that the firearm in which you'll use these cartridges is suitable and safe.
On occasion, a customer will order the wrong ammo and then request a refund or exchange, but if we accept returns, we have to throw the returned ammo away. WE WILL NOT RESALE IT OR SHOOT IT OURSELVES! As an example of possible customer error consider the following:
- There are several '38' caliber handgun cartridges, which are NOT interchangable.
- There are several '32' caliber cartridges that are NOT interchangable.
- There are several '45' caliber cartridges that are NOT interchangable.
- And on and on and on.....
PLEASE BE SURE THAT YOU ARE ORDERING THE EXACT AMMO THAT YOU WANT.
